Based on our customer’s individual requirements we offer a full range of aerial platforms in the range of 24m, 27m, 32m, 42m, 53m and 70m.

The aerial platforms can be built on different chassis according to customer request.

Hilton 320T

The Hilton 320T aerial platform can be build on 4x2 or 6x2 chassis. It is a very compact vehicle with perfection in every detail and a very large working range. Especially the high cage load of up to 600kg and the large rescue cage are unique in the market and offer exceptional comfort for rescuing operations. The vehicles can be delivered with optional hydraulic driven waterpump up to 3.000l. The body is available in aluminium or top quality GRP version. Thanks to the Hilton CAN BUS control system and the advanced displays the user interface guarantees fast and easy control of the machine.

The Hilton 530T is a platform for extra working height op to 53m. The aerial platform is build on a 8x4 chassis with a GVW of 32t. With 27,5m max. outreach and a cage laod up to 600kg the Hilton 530T offers the best in class performance in the industry. The telescopic cage arm can be extended with 3m which gives a max. underfloor reach of -6m. The platform can be combined with a hydraulic driven water pump of up to 4.000l and also an integrated water tank is possible. The bodywork is made out of high quality GRP to maximize the payload and minimize the maintenance. So if you are looking for a modern rescue vehicle for heights up to 53m or a multifunctional aerial platform for industrial firefighting, the Hilton 530T is your best choice.

For extreme working heights upt o 70m we offer the Hilton 700T. This platform is build on a 8x4 chassis with a GVW of 35t. With 70m working height and 35m horizontal outreach the working diagram is huge. As all Hilton platforms it is available with our large 600kg rescue cage, optional hydraulic driven waterpump, GRP bodywork and many other options.  The secret of the 700T is the advanced welding technology using state-of-the art lasser welding technology.
