During the Interschutz 2015, Hilton introduced a new combined aerial rescue pumper. The new vehicle concept gained a lot of interest from international fire brigades. The vehicle is completely build according to EN 1777 and EN 1846 1‐3 standard. After 5 years of research and development, Hilton has succeeded to present a 32m aerial platform on a 4x2 chassis in combination with a pumper superstructure. The telescopic boom is a stat of the art high-tech product and completely laser welded from special high tensile steel. This enables a unique lightweight construction and unique performance at the same time. The platform has a max. working height of 32m and a max. outreach of 22m up to windforce 8. The very compact design allows a direct cage access from street level and consequently very fast set-up times. The telescopic top boom has an up and over reach of 8m and a cage with a slewing range of 2x50°. Besides the vehicle has a 1500l water tank a Godiva pump with a capacity of 300l/min. at 10 bar and 400l/min. at 40 bar. The lockers offer a lot of space for fire fighting equipment up to 1500kg. The integrated crewcab is equipped with 4 PA seats. All bodywork is made of lightweight GRP which is 100% corrosion free.
